Now, we also know that sending products back can be a stressful process. So we made it our mission to make the entire process run smoothly and seamlessly.
If you’re not satisfied, you can send the product back for a refund. Our customer service team will provide you with a return shipping label and the cost of the shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

You’ll find a straightforward form where you can leave your name, contact information, and a comment. Our Customer Service Team will get back to you as soon as possible and work to resolve any issues.
30 NIGHT POLICY
The following products are covered by a 30 night money-back guarantee:
- All Comforters
- All Throw Blankets
This does not apply to FINAL SALE items, Pet Beds, or Pillow Cases.
Any returned blanket or product will not be eligible for additional subsequent trials (i.e. if you return a Blanket, you will not be eligible for another 30-night trial on future orders).
Any customer-inflicted damage will disqualify the ability to exchange or return the MyTickie product. To ensure that Blankets can be donated to charities, all returns must be in good condition and free of stains and/or damage. (Hairs, Odours, Pet hairs, stains, misuse will not be accepted)
MyTickie takes environmental sustainability very seriously, any damaged or defective product will prevent us from donating our product and result in harmful waste disposal.
